What data we process and why
We process the data you provide through the contact form or by email (name, company, email, phone, project size and work area, and project description) to handle your request, prepare proposals and maintain any resulting professional relationship.
If you are a homeowner, we process your name, the installation address, your phone number, the project you are interested in and, if you choose to attach it, your electricity bill and the data it contains (such as the account holder, supply point and consumption) to handle your request and prepare a pre-study of your installation.
Legal basis
Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when submitting the form, and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention
We keep data as long as needed to handle your request and thereafter for the applicable legal periods.
Recipients
We do not share data with third parties unless legally required. We use technology providers acting as processors with GDPR safeguards: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and anti-spam) and the email delivery provider for the form. Some may process data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
